4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billings
Some aspects of the Service are provided on a paid subscription or one-time license basis. You agree to provide valid billing information and authorize ClauSite to charge all applicable fees to your designated payment method. All billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the invoice date. Refund terms are strictly governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Joint Venture and Affiliate Programs
If you participate in our Joint Venture (JV) or affiliate program, you agree to promote ClauSite ethically and in compliance with all advertising guidelines (including FTC regulations). You are prohibited from using spam, deceptive marketing practices, or purchasing traffic through trademark bidding on search engines. Violation of affiliate terms will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any accrued commissions.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design systems, visual assets, software, logos, trademarks, and documentation, is the exclusive property of ClauSite and its licensors. You retain ownership of any content, copy, or media you upload to the platform. By publishing content on the Service, you grant ClauSite a limited, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service, including uploading viruses, overloading servers, scraping data, or circumventing any security measures. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
